At Total Home Design Inc. we understand the need for quality construction within the design process, the company was established in 2001 as a Full Service Design Entity. We noticed an increasing need to implement the design in accordance with the construction of the project in order to insure the optimum quality for our valued clients. We needed to find away to limit the adjustments onsite that potentially compromised the quality of the project. Each client is unique and has their individual flare within their personality we combine the clients wishes with the over all design concept.

You can expect onsite inspections that are performed by a professional consultant approved by our firm. This consultant works with all parties associated with the construction of the project. This enables both good communication, and merging of styles with implementing personality into the finished project. Moving the project towards its successful completion. We provide evaluations and complete specification packages in order for our clients to be informed of the process and allows for acurate tender during the planning stage. Pointing out the ares of interest, including any enhancements, characters or modifications designed to promote interest in the overall project.
